Delivery along SAP Activate, from Discover to Run: cutover planning with rehearsed dry runs and rollback scenarios, a testing strategy from integration to end-to-end dry runs, API and data mapping, and alignment across stakeholders and countries.
What is agentic delivery?
Delivering software when AI agents write much of the code. Writing code got cheap, so work now stalls at intent, verification and integration. The IVI method gives each of those an owner and a metric.
